Pizza. My local has created one just for me. Top bloke. Chili oil in the tomato base, pepperoni, salami, minced spicy beef, cheese on top with mushrooms and jalapenos

Pasta con Sarde, tagliatelle with sardines, anchovies, tomatoes, onions, capers and sultanas. It was exceedingly good as well!

Nothing. Not even water since breakfast at 6.30am before bed yesterday. Now 2am the next day and still fasting in case I go in for surgery

Surgery just got canned till tomorrow so I raided the vending machine. 3 packets of soggy sandwiches, an ice coffee and some chrisps. Was heaven!!! Fasting again from midnight

Par boiled then roasted potato and sweet potato, buttered beans and mushrooms, and pan fried salmon. Sometimes I even surprise myself!!
