Chilli, MiniGee and I both like it with plenty of actual chilli in it, my Bro visited and had a bowl with us. I think we broke him.

Re: What are you eating ??
Did a selection of olives and charcuterie with homemade Pizzas for dinner last night, and Fresh grapefruit for breakfast.
Mrs Gee has just done a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings, I didn’t think I’d eat much but was starving come table time, I did seconds as well!
Strawberries and ice cream in the sunshine for dessert though...

Sunday dinner earlier, the Lamb steaks and sausages were done on the BBQ for a change and tasted great, all the usual veggies too and a Lemon Cheesecake for afters.

very plain chicken salad for lunch, and lots of water. I have eaten so much rubbish on my holiday I need to stop or I am going to explode!
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

I'm really early for my next interview so stopped off at Burger King. I dunno why I buy this stuff, I never feel good afterwards.

Re: What are you eating ??
Fridge special salad. Whatever we had in the fridge went in, except cucumber as that's .
I did bend the rules and lobbed a few almost cold sossies in, but it was worth it!

Re: What are you eating ??
Just had a breakie at work. Ill be hoenst never eat at work as it makes me feel slugish afterwards but ive noticed they have no changed to paper plates. Surely reusable plates will save money in the long run?
