If you don't know it was the Bristol Balloon Festival this weekend, the was a mass ascent last night and luckily the wind direction was ok most of them flew right over the top of the house. Low enough I had a brief hello with one balloon that particularly low brilliant site last night.
Down side was the dog was going bananas

hmmm. . . . that, "i was taking pictures of the balloons officer. . . . . yes i know the lady in that house is particularly attractive, but i was taking pictures of the balloons, honest" chestnut!

you need a bigger lens to do that properly , like the one I've got .......Tricky wrote:
