1199 Cheap as Chips

Post by Blade »

I know it's sold, and not surprised as it's a bargain but I was very surprised at how cheap (relatively speaking ) the 1199 has become.

I've looked at that advert before. It sold very quickly!

Andy you still on the 675? I lost track of when you were looking at other bikes.

Haha yeah. I missed out on the 636 I wanted by an hour (very cheap low mileage FFFA with akra etc) and every other bike just wasn't as nice as 'the one' after that. I just stuck all the bits back on the 675 after that so I could actually ride this year. Definitely going to look into a swap over winter though and the 1199 is starting to look like a bit of a bargain (comparatively)

That may have been a one off as it was cheap for a stock bike never mind a low mileage bike owned by a collector with 2.5k of bling fitted.

If you fancy a Panigale and funds are avialable Andy I would snap the next bargain up like that. Even if after a year you didn't gel with it you could easily shift it on possibly for more money tbh.

I reckon they should dip below £10k for the first time this winter.
