Thanks Si

Post by Jack »

On a photography/camera thread a few years ago Si gave the advice to spend money on good glass (lenses) , I took this advice and saved up until I could afford what has proven to be an excellent and versatile piece of kit , having been without it for almost a month due to the incident at the TT and having to use cheap/borrowed kit has made me realise just how important it is to what I do , I got it back last week and used it at Mallory this past weekend , it was like being reunited with an old friend . Anyhow I would just like to say thanks to Si (Norris) for the excellent advice he gave .

one of my faves from the weekend .

Top shot.

Good advice, sometimes it's not worth cutting corners and saving a few pence.

Can't beat a good bit of glass.... better upgrade than a new camera imo.

A decent camera body can only ever be as good as the information that the lens that transfers to it..
