So what's everyone up to?

Gym tonight then a quiet night.

Just me and my son tomorrow, so I'll see what he wants to do. We might go 10 pin bowling.

Sunday out on the bike if the weather allows.

Run earlier and now Mrs Nutz is out babysitting so I'm watching shite films that I'm not normally allowed to watch. Just seeing what Transcendence is like..

Tomorrow, my is my little girls 3rd birthday party. Only seems like yesterday we where bringing her home from hospital. Probably going to follow that with a couple of paracetamol and a slightly longer run.

Sunday will hopefully see the RSV getting out of the shed IF the weather decides to play,

Still as good as ever, but by jeez, his health is taking its toll on him. All credit to him, he just deals with it and includes it in his routine.

Unfortunately when we booked these tickets I didn't realise I would be coming off a night shift swing and I fell asleep half way thru and struggled thru the last 1/2 hour by poking myself in the eye
