Re: Textile trousers
My RST textiles have lasted years, though I don’t commute so they only get worn occasionally

Re: Textile trousers
MCA called this afternoon. Still no update from Alpinestar
MCA are sending me a pair of goretex trousers for now to tide me over.

My soggy arse on the IOM sums up my feelings on RST "Waterproof" gear, I have moved on to IXS.
This with your Alpinestars is crazy.

Re: Textile trousers
On the plus side, riding in scuffed leathers on a battered bike in sub zero temps make me look bastard hard

Re: Textile trousers
A new pair of Alpinstar trousers have arrived in the post today. They're the drystar ones. No idea what they're like, I'll wear them on the way home tonight.
I know they're cheaper than the ones I've sent back, so I'm not keeping these as a replacement.

Defo don't mate. The buggers need to replace like for like in my opinion you buy good wsuility stuff and you expect them to be up to scratch. They should realise this
