British Weather

Post by Kwacky »

I love the way there's a massive industry were we have to pay hundreds if not thousands of pounds to get some decent weather but the moment it hots up in the UK we're all told to stay indoors.

And our air conditioning isn't working in the office. It's pants day soon if they don't fix it.

A comination of Operation Yewtree and a shortage of palm leaves has seen an end to that.

Having a granny waft a copy of the Telegraph isn't quite the same.

Quiet at work today but with the kids breaking up I reckon it'll be manic Saturday and Sunday so taking advantage, I've been walk round the town centre twice and ended buying something I don't really want or need but it's nice to be out in the warm weather.

Just spent the afternoon sweltering off over in fermentation development, where they appear to not have heard of air con. Came back to my office in QC and the office is lovely and cool with fully operational air con and someones claims its to cold.

My boss had the air con on 24c which seems hardly worth it and has now turned that off as she claims its too cold in here its like a fridge, well now its like an oven which is just more proof she is infact the devil lol

I work in a bike shop 2 days a week and gee that was hot, all the spots on and when asked if the air con was broken I was told " the doors are working fine"
Not funny, thankfully I am now ensconced at home with a large cold one
