Sounds very interesting look forward to the photos. Now it does not matter but since I'm a tart I was going to do a quick DIY spray job on it. However been to in laws and brother In law has start doing a bit if vinyl wrapping , which got me thinking. So I'm going to attempt to wrap the fairing. It may come out all wrong but I'm goi to give it a go watch this space for photos and fairing getting launched over the fence.

Re: Rsv
Ok so covering in vinyl is a lot harder than it looks the material is weird but great. Only managed to get the seat unit done as i cut the first piece to small the second try i was not happy with the seam i created and the third well it looks ok and will have to do.
the seat unit how i got it
sanded any high spots down
half way through attempt number 2
what it came out like

Re: Rsv
pretty much blade
+ ear muffs for the kids as the profanity's i used were not good for his little ears
the more i worked with the material the better i got at it
it looks ok i could have got it better but i asked the wife to help when she got home and she decided it was more fun burning my hand with the hair dryer so i called it a day.

Re: Rsv
I know it's a old thread but since I am new i have been browsing the site and come across this.
Looks really nice do you still have the rsv?
Have you tried to put a quickshifter on it dyno jet one not a stand alone one.
I been having problems with mine apparently they can be a pain but I don't know if that's just the gen 1s as the gen 2s have different connectors electrics etc.
Great looking track tool there mate
