Good tip but sounds gay if you fancy a coffee in the evening but are a bad sleeper so don't want the caffeine try the Nespresso Decaffeinated range.

This is my go to Espresso whether decaf or regular

Arpeggio is a quality coffee! Their decaf is slightly sweeter which is the only downside for me
