24,016 miles on the clock when I had the rear changed. I'm more than happy with over 6000 miles and 3 track days.

Should be interesting to see how this rear gets on as it's going to be nothing but commuting to work during autumn and winter.

Thats bloody good for a proper sports tyre, and I know you don't hang about either so the do get some abuse. I'm still really happy with mine, not done the same mileage as you and only 1 track day on them but the rear seems to be dealing with the torque of the v-twin really well.

I'm really interested to hear how the tyre rides during the autumn rain, it was suppose to have had a new tread pattern specially designed to move a lot more water while giving as bigger contact patch as possible.

It is heavily treaded with quite a high silica content so I would expect the wet weather handling to be up there with the best. The previous M5 was certainly very confidence inspiring in the wet in my experience and this is an evolution of that tyre so should have moved on in terms of performance.

I would expect the mileage to be greater when used for purely commuting in colder conditions so sounds a win win for autumn season ahead.

I wasn't hanging about on the way home despite it pissing it down and being on a new tyre.

I will be putting these on mine soon, the rear is done on mine already...ha ha,

I put a brand new front on last week but I've not ridden the bike yet. Still love them though. They'll be on the track next week.

How many miles did you get our of them? Had to replace the rear too by now I guess?

10,000 on the front and 6,000 on the rear.

Bloody hell that's very impressive. My rear is almost shot now. It feels like.it's becoming square but won't be changing until after summer due to funds. trying to figure out what best to go for. Considering these, the M5s (guess will be pretty cheap now) or the power 3s. Don't think I'm go I g to go too far wrong with any of them and still got a bit of time before I got to decide anyway!

M5s are pretty cheap now. You can get some bargains on the M7s if you shop around.

Well its all down to price and I do have only 2 brands I trust for bike tyres. Michelin and Metezler. Both so equal in grippyness in my opinion and durability

Blade didn't realise they were only £130 that's a good price for a good tyre in my opinion. Will wait until after summer mind as have a couple of trips I need to pay for first...and the missus would literally pull my teeth out 1 by 1 if I delayed any plans with her [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]

Popped over today to get the supercorsa's fitted. Nice place and good friendly guys who were very careful with your wheels. Happy to recommend them.

Cheers for the info Blade. Took a look at the site and their based a tad far for where I would be able to go!! However guess they would be able to send tyres down so it's a possibility and will keep them in mind.
