It wa a pretty bloody good to be honest. I struggle to find meals I can do that suit both kids, and I refuse to cook seperate meals. I got them onto cutlets a while back but Christ they are expensive. So I thought I'd try a rack as a cheaper option. Turned out to be a hit and the yummier option too! Jess and her boy were up as well and there were clean plates all round. Sided with mash and broccoli and califlower.

How long did you cook them for? I'm feeling inspired.

Well....apart from fcuking bacon, obviously.

Pierced the top and rubbed in salt and herbs then in fan forced oven for 30 mins at 170 deg C. Then rested for 10 before I cut it. Probably go 5-10 mins less for more pink. As it was for the kids too I only had the slightest pink tinge.

Apparently it's just a bog standard gluten free sponge cake with added walnuts and Camp coffee and a normal buttercream recipe with added camp.

I used to drink this with my Grandad. Lovely in hot milk. He was a tea drinker, this was the exception.
