Chilli, crusty bread and guacamole. Oh and 2 very large G&T's for morale purposes.

Re: What are you eating ??
Burritos last night.
Oddly enough for this house (or me!) there were leftovers.
So I'm currently sticking what's left in between slices of bread and butter and it's so good.
I feel like I should have a hangover to really appreciate the food!
I appreciate I'm going on about it a bit, but I feel I need to explain it better than saying I'm having mince and cheese sandwiches!

Haha! No Jack, definitely dining out, lovely place right on the beach at Manly in Sydney. That was copy & paste straight from the menu.Jack wrote:I take it you dined out , or you have been hiding your chef skills .kiwikrasher wrote:NZ Venison med rare tenderloin in pastry w/ chestnut, mushroom duxelle & proscuitto, w/ heirloom carrot, potato mash & sour cherry jus
My dad did a lot of deer stalking (hunting) while I was growing up so I have a sentimental attachment to venison as well as it tasting delicious when cooked well.

Re: What are you eating ??
Went to Loomies today and had a sausage bap and a hot chocolate..the hot choc was horrid!! It was far too milky with hardly any choc, hate when they make it like that. However for a fee quid all in I wasn't too bothered!!

Re: What are you eating ??
My mum did an extra Sunday lunch yesterday for my wife and I, which I've just eaten.
I need to have a word. She did roast pork and there was no stuffing and no crackling.

Too right. We eat porridge every morning. Slow release - I'm much better in the mornings now.
