Any good? I'd like some new pots on the RSV but can't afford to shell out rizoma prices.

A bag for the commuting machine, the back pack every day seems to be causing pain down my right shoulder and arm.

Not the postman but tidying the loft today found a US Navy SEAL Divers knife. Must have been up there 20 years. I remember swapping it with a SEAL for a RM Green Beret wheb on exercise in 29 Palms, Death Valley.

A Draper work stool. I'm getting too old to kneel down when I'm working on the bike or cleaning the chain.

Thought I was bidding on a set of rear wheel captive spacers and very happy when I got them for 15 quid. And then these show up, both front and rear.

The replace the standard spacers you have. You put them on your wheels and they stay in place. It makes changing the wheels much easier and a lot quicker.

Yep, I'm now too old and achey to sit on the floor behind the bike holding the wheel up with my feet. I'm struggling with putting socks on at the moment to be honest!
