I love subway but I always eat too much if I eat it. Unsure why, I like the chicken and bacon ranch...with a pepperoni pizza slice! Have not been there for a long long time if I ate that every other week think I'd be double the size I am now haha!!

I eat in a Subway somewhere in the UK nearly every day. It's the only place I can get a relatively healthy meal quickly.

Pro tip - have the 9 grain wheat bread and when they ask what salad you want ask for a bit of everything!

Stop this is making me want a subway it's only down the road haven't had it for ages too easily a year and a half if not longer. Started to realise I ate too much when I went there haha!!

Had a hot chicken baguette for my "breakfast" at about half past five this afternoon. It's set me up nicely for my shift. But give it 6 hours and I'll have reduced myself to a Twix and a can of Red Bull!
