If they want to save money quickly then they could thin their own herd somewhat.

You hear complaints that the commons is no longer fit for purpose as it can't take all the MPs. Rather than build something new at a stupid extra cost, get rid of a few MPs. We won't miss them.

As an extra bonus, your not just saving on a salary but all the other fake benefit payments they make themselves.

Or just stop handing out multi million pound contracts to their mates. I wonder how much money that has wasted over the last few years?

Most people don't understand how money works, economies aren't run like family budgets. The money does not exist until you borrow/lend it, it's created out of thin air. When they say there is no money left for "X" they are lying and until we all understand that they will keep shafting us.

One MP is arrested and you want to shut Parliament down in it's entirety?? What possible purpose would that serve??

Quite.

You at least need to give bojo the clown the time to retrospectively change the relevant laws so a fellow Tory isn't guilty.

It's scandal after scandal after law breaking after lying after corruption with this Government. They are corrupt to the core.

I saw Ed Miliband tearing shreds off Sunak in Parliament earlier I think his time in charge came too early.

They've just defeated a labour motion for a windfall tax on energy companies.

He's one of the only adults left in the room. I had high hopes for Ed, but sadly he fell victim to Labour's collapse in Scotland and Labour's stupid decision to go austerity light in the 2015 campaign.

I think its fair to see that its best not to believe anything this idiot says as most of what comes out of his mouth is lies and deceit.

One of the Number 10 cleaners contracted and died of Covid.

I wonder if it was one of the cleaners who had to clear up some post party vomit, or the wine on the walls, or the food crushed in the floor?

I see the Tory line is "it happened, lets move on". I don't think so. Me and others couldn't have wakes for our lost ones during the lockdowns. You couldn't hug your loved ones. We were told to stick to the rules to save lives.

Now Johnson is telling us that it's only his bacon he wants to save.

In the words of Snake Island: British Prime Minister - Go **** yourself.

There was a full 5 minute segment on our evening news about Boris, it all looks pretty damning. Even his own bench speaking against him. Surely he will have to answer for all this.

He’s made sure he has control over the majority of the media so his **** ups can quickly become yesterdays news.

He used the word ‘humbled’ about the report yesterday.

‘Ashamed, embarrassed and appalled’ would me more appropriate.

If this twat ever gets elected again then we know this Country is doomed.

As the PM he has the final say on how the ministerial code is applied, so probably not.

It will all come down to when the 1922 Committee feel/believe he's lost public support for the next election.

My gut feeling is they'll dump him at an advantageous point and come back and win the next election with a blank/wasn't us slate.

The only way we will get them out now is an election pact with all other parties, left, right and centre. And the only way to keep them out after is a commitment by everyone to PR.

The Labour Party, the only other party with any chance of winning at best a very small majority is sleepwalking into another abysmal defeat.
