That's encouraging.


Shepherds pie for din-dins, methinks.....trying to avoid lunch and late stuff, so down to two meals a day. I don't think I'm gonna manage it today though.

Pasta and pesto, a huge bowlful too. Very nice with a few capers thrown in that were languishing in the fridge.

Chung Ying Gardens in Birmingham. Top quality Chinese food but it's not cheap.
