My crappy sleep patterns. I can't seem to sleep more than a couple of hours without waking up.

I'm going to make sure I get a lie in this weekend.

The company I work for. They can't organise a piss up in a brewery. I swear for a multi million pound company that does extremely well they are the tightest bunch of c&*ts going. Bought a new building 2 year ago and it needed a new roof, get contractors in to sort it, nope, get 2 Polish lads from warehouse to get trained up to do roofing and sort it out themselves. Only taken 2 years, and still counting. And now they have got ground workers in for the building as they are converting the warehouse to a production facility, the contractors won't take long but they need everything moved from the warehouse, now, literally now....exuse me, we've known this sort of crap was going to happen so why has it taken so long to pull their fingers out their arse to get it sorted before they even got here. The contractors are half way through their job as well. I swear noone thinks things through here it's just oh we shall deal with it when we cross that bridge!! So now I've been inducted on a building site to be able to walk and work on the site to move our stock. This could of been down ages ago without the hassle of having diggers and crap all around us. And to top it off our other warehouses didn't even know they would be getting the stock so they Andre now having to move their current stock and around to be able to fit extra stuff in their warehouses.

It would of been easier to knock down the building and create and build a state of art modern facility and it wouldn't of taken as long as this I swear

Trying to come up with a few words to be read at me Daddy's funeral, which is in a few days. I won't be attending it, so this is the best I can do.

Writer's block...brick wall, whatever. Stymied at the moment. 14 gallons of coffee coursing through my veins is prolly not helping.

How about.;
"Hello everyone, and thank you for attending and showing your respects to my father. Many of you may not recognise me, as I have been living overseas for some time, but I have made the journey back here to say farewell to the man who raised me."

Exactly what Duke said. Speak from the heart, freely about how you saw your Dad and what made him special to you personally.

I imagine you've already made you mind up Darren, but airport to funeral service transport available here if you change it.

I watched my best mate from infant school do a eulogy for his dad a few weeks ago and was incredibly proud of him. I wussed out when my dad died and a little part of me has always regretted it.

Bahhhhh!! I sat for about three hours with a blank notepad before I remembered that his old constabulary had asked if they could do something in my absence.
