I'm getting loads of Porygons and Mr Mimes.

A 10km egg turned out to be a bloody Smoochum. Not happy.

I don't know what's going on with the eggs, but I'm getting loads of 2km ones and they're not the usual hatching. I've had a Pinsir from a 5km egg and an Abra from a 2km egg.

Gen2 lands this weekend.

Have a look at your existing Pokemon. Some can be evolved again. Others can be evolved but you need a special item, which I presume you get at Pokestops.

I was going to ask about the special items... Politoed and another - can't remember which.

Eevee can be evolved using the names: Sakura & Tamao

Best new one I've caught so far is a 7409 CP Aipom but you can't evolve it.

Gen1 pokemon you can upgrade include Slowpoke, zulbat, Chancey, Gloom, Poliwhirl, Onix, Seadra, Scyther, Porygon.

Crobat is the only one I've got so far as you don't need anything to evolve it.

New ones caught so far: Natu, Marill, Aipom, Wooper, Sneasel Hoothoot, Sentret and Swinhub.

No special items yet. Some reports are saying you need about 100 pokestop visits to get one.

The number of eggs I'm collecting has dropped off to about 1/3 of what it was.

Most of the new pokemon I caught on day one are the same ones I'm seeing every day. Sentrets are more common than rats. Skarmory looks like the only decent new one I've got so far.

Yeah the egg collection is getting pretty bad theses days.

Scored a 1336 CP Donphan at home of all places and a 598 CP Octillery at the pub down here in Huskisson. Other than that, just a bunch of punk arsed rabbits and Natu birds.

Picked up fair few new gen 2 pokes over the weekend and Jess and I took over a gym, but appears we have been bumped out again now.
Also got my first special item, metal coat, which I'll need to evolve my Scyther.

Being in a seaside town picked up a Octillery and a Mantine and about a dozen more Magikarp, though still miles of evolving it.

Funniest poke was the sudowoodoo which is supposed to be a tree but looks like a dancing penis.

Last night I finally evolved Dratini all the way to Dragonite

I'm up to 176 now, every pokemon yesterday was being an ass-hat. Yamna and Grubnull or whatever they're both called ran away from me

Sentret, Swinub and Natu seem to be the main new ones I'm spotting.

So far I've got Totdile, Sentret, Furret, hoothoot, noctowl, ledyba, ledian, spinarak, crobat, chinchou natu, xatu, marill, azumarill, hoppip, aipom, wooper, quagsire, Espeon, umbreon, murkrow, sneasel, swinub, piloswine, remoraid. mantine and skarmory from the new ones.

Just discovered I've got the upgrade item, so I've evolved a Porygon. No idea when I picked that up. I only found it when I was going through my items.

Anyway, Porygon2 - 1938 CP, 130 HP, basic attack 15 and special attack 150.
