The Sinclair C5 is back

I remember when the C5 came out, it was crap.
This may be quicker but I still think it'll be a commercial flop.

The answer to a question that no-one will EVER ask.

Didn't read the article but watches the video...are they try to say that thing can drive in the cycle lanes?? Surely that would be dangerous and stupid.

Yup, it's classed as an electric bike, just enclosed.Rossgo wrote:Didn't read the article but watches the video...are they try to say that thing can drive in the cycle lanes?? Surely that would be dangerous and stupid.

That's ridiculous Kiwi, granted most of those cycle lanes are free but if it hits someone of a bike it will knock the person straight over the windscreen. Nope not a good idea in my opinion

Only going offwhat I've read Rossgo, but it's not a case of 'yup we'll let you use these in a cycle lane' it's more they are classed as a bicycle first and foremost. Electrically aided secondly, and then enclosed.Rossgo wrote:That's ridiculous Kiwi, granted most of those cycle lanes are free but if it hits someone of a bike it will knock the person straight over the windscreen. Yes..I know what a whale looks like!!Kwacky wrote:
I meant a 'pilot'...the bit on the front of a train that gets all the crap off the tracks...cattle, sheep, children, etc.
At least I'm pretty sure that's what it's called.
I think. Sort of.
