Re: What are you eating ??
I made some fried chicken earlier. It was okay. Since 2006 I've been wanting some Popeyes chicken, I had it in Iraq, of all places. 5 Guys has found its way to the UK, fingers crossed Popeyes chicken will be at some point too.

Re: What are you eating ??
This morning I had a glass of water and a cereal bar, never really understood how they could fill you up for 4 hours like they stated but actually when you start getting used to them they actually last long, I eat at 5AM and usually don't eat again until 11 because of work these things are fab!!

I doesn't take long for your body to adjust to different levels of food intake. I used to have a smoothie for breakfast, 1 banana and 2 other pieces of fruit filled up alpro almond milk. Very few calories and only natural sugars, after a week or so I could happily go until 1pm without snacking.Rossgo wrote:This morning I had a glass of water and a cereal bar, never really understood how they could fill you up for 4 hours like they stated but actually when you start getting used to them they actually last long, I eat at 5AM and usually don't eat again until 11 because of work these things are fab!!
Watch those cereal bars though, some are stacked high with sugar.

Re: What are you eating ??
I had a very nice pear and date slice yesterday from our local bakery. It sounded yuck but it's a like a thick flapjack.
What a shame I was the only one in the house who liked them.

I've had smoothies in the morning I tend to do that over the summer as it's packed of natural sweetness. I think I'll start that up again when the sun comes out again

Don't get too used to it...I would pick myself up bits that I knew noone else would like then they try it again and their taste buds change...all of a sudden you won't get a lick of them let alone a bite haha!!Kwacky wrote:I had a very nice pear and date slice yesterday from our local bakery.
