Been shopping for Mrs Kwacky. It doesn't feel like I've bought her much but the spa day and the training sessions alone come close to £300. But she's not got much to open on the day.

(Yesterday )Wrapped presents through to 2am after getting hit by a massive storm in the evening and spending the wrapping time trying to catch all the leaks. Got 3 inches of water in 1.5 hrs.

So Jess and I have had 5 hrs sleep and now we have to meal prep, pick up kids and host 11 people for Christmas lunch.

Getting new tyres for the cage, the mechanic that serviced the car said "you've definitely has your money's with out of them"... Ooops.

Fecking how much!! Needed 3 tyres and the tracking sorted, say good bye to £400 !!

Spent the afternoon with the kids at a bouncy castle place. 9 bouncy castles out, £12 for 2 kids 2 hours, result 2 knackered kids.... Worth every penny..

Not going camping.

As I was packing the camper up, all the bits I had ordered over the last month I was pulling out and checking. The camp pressure shower I discovered had no bladder so I'm having to go over to a local store to exchange it. Plus as the day got on we still hadn't done food shopping so decided to delay a day and not be stressed out. Will still be 5 days away, kids weren't to fussed.

Once the freezing fog has lifted (-2c here) we're all off on a walk around the network of footpaths around the outside of our small town, it's pretty unspoilt and some of the empty fields will give Mini Gee a chance to use the archery gear (not a toy) he got at Christmas - without doing a King Harold or maiming a local pet, plus we all get to have some exercise which my poor body is crying out for.
