Wifey is out this evening so I'm taking my lad to Dad's Lane for a chippy tea. By all accounts my daughter has a social life which I now need to work around, so she can't make it this evening.

Funnily enough we had cod and chips last night - they'd run out of haddock for me but they still rustled me up some mushy peas. I ate too much though and suffered for it.

Tonight was Baked spuds, hollowed out and mixed with butter and cheese then reassembled and grilled, echoes of my childhood. Yum!

Yesterday at work we had party food as it was most of the shifts last shift before Christmas. Today is my shifts last day. Planning to take it nice and easy today!!!

I've only had one mince pie this year, shocking.

But I did enjoy an 8oz Bacon and cheese Burger for lunch today. Proper dirty Burger from a van, lovely.
