Sounds great at the TT.

Re: Norton V4SS
I like the chrome one , but I'd rather not have "Bremont " written on it , it's a shame that they made it 1200cc as that excludes it from the majority of competition , then again I doubt anyone would spend the kind of money they will be asking for it on a race bike , not when you could buy half a dozen of the current crop of superbikes for the same money .

Too much 'Busa Bling.
You ride that silver thing and you might as well show up to a wedding in a dutt & a Harrington jacket.

Re: Norton V4SS
How does it compare to a 1299 Paningirly.??
It does look rather nice IMO, but it would have to be the Carbon Fibre as the chrome one is too loud/bling for me.

Re: Norton V4SS
End of the day we're splitting hairs over a paintjob....something that has absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW THE BIKE RIDES!!!!!!!!!
At the prices they're charging, you buy one of those, you can easily afford to have your own paint on the thing..... I'd take mine in yellow (when do I not....??).
And yes....defo aimed at the US market....Nortons are frickin' legendary over here, and I'd put money on it that Norton are using the same interior designers as Triumph to do up their dealerships...they look identical inside, and they look VERY well presented....none of the Bert's Mega Mall presentation, where your mind is inundated with hundreds of new bikes to choose from. They give a boutique experience, for buyers of a boutique bike.
That, plus Triumph sells more bikes in California in any one year.....just one state, mind you...than it does in all of England, Scotland & Wales combined.
I think anyone wanting a new Norton, has probably already settled on that as their brand of choice LOOOONG before they ever set foot in the parking lot, never mind walked through the door.

I'm rather sentimental to Nortons as my dad owned a number of them in his day. Looks like a Werkes exhaust (or similar design at least) bet it sounds amazing.
