Motogp Valenica test day

Post by duke63 »

When these bikes are dressed in black they don't half look small.

They're about the same size as a modern supersports aren't they? They don't look much different in terms of dimensions.

Most likely because there aren't any brakes on the front wheel in the photo

I was going the mention that, just watched his first lap and I could not keep my eye off the front disc, its massive, I expect the cover makes it look even bigger

Discs or no discs, it won't make the circumference of the tyres look any different.

But I see where you're coming from.

Most of the guys who ride those things are tiny....I'll bet Rossi doesn't weigh 140lbs.

From memory Rossi is one of the taller riders.

Pedrosa is about the same size as a horse jockey. He's ickle and wee.

Hmmmm...Colin Edwards is only a tad taller than me, and I'm 5'8"..and he always looks massive to me when I see him on TV.

The horse jockey analogy is about as apt as you could get.

Also the exhaust on that Yamaha looks like it should be on the end of a watering can or maybe a shower ....

That orange, white & black combo looks great. Lacks clutter.
