White crispy buttered toast gives the meal an extra texture - same as egg and bacon, it's doubly good if the omelette is still creamy and gooey in the middle (baveuse). mmm.

P.S. Try shredded salami of some sort in an omelette next time - really good.

Went to Mexican restaurant mini gee and myself tried a few weeks ago and I had a big pile of nachos with cheese, sour cream and guacamole, then a pork enchilada with rice, salsa and more sour cream, with a Sol on the side.
Beer was rubbish, but food was very good.
