I was brought to this forum by the ZX10 in the for sale section, but had to sign up when I saw this thread. I have survived this leap whilst out on my Firestorm, two up... with my wife... on her birthday :?

Now I didn't get a huge telling off, no screaming or shouting, just heavy breathing through the intercom and a calm voice asking that we stop for a bit... pulled in at the winking man and she got off and composed herself. I was just trying to hold in the laughter until the appropriate moment! We both broke out laughing in the end and were thankful for the relatively smooth landing, as it could obviously have been worse.

I'm glad it's been named though haha, it must catch out so many people, both cars and bikes. It's a fair old ramp going up but having the road fall away from you like that... certainly unexpected! At least I can tick that one off anyway, no more two-up jumping, if possible!

Blimey, a Firestorm with a pillon on it. I bet that tested the suspension.

If you fancy a ride out keep an eye out in the events section.

I'll be sorting one out when I get around to removing whatever has collapsed inside my exhaust!

@DeltaT welcome, glad you survived the leap.

@Monty, it could be anything. I caught my eldest trying to post stones down my cans before. I think I made more noise than the bike when I saw him.

Hmmmm....

Hot Wheels car left between rear hugger & tyre....luckily I caught it in time!

Best was the eldest kid. Up in Big Bear MTB riding. Flat tyre.
Saddlebag contains.....one toy car, one candy bar, a 'hacky-sack', candy bar, etc. NO TUBE!!!

"Where's the spare tube I put in here??"
"At home...I had to make room for my toys!"

I lost it a bit, I must admit.
