7 miles on the Basingstoke half route again. Seem to have finally found my hill legs, and actually enjoyed the run.

Had a bit if a run with one of the coaches and she really pushed my pace. It was slightly up hill and I could feel the pace quickening, when I bailed we where doing 8:20 min miles. Quite an improvement from the 10 min mile pace I was at a month or so ago. (happy)

Having a sports massage when you've got DOMs isn't funny.

Back and shoulders yesterday. Shoulders felt good so I pushed them until I got the wobbles.

Had a cardio and stretch day this afternoon. Did some cable work as well.

This running thing send to be going alright at the moment.

5 miles on Monday, had a sprint with one of the other guys near the end and hit a sub 6 min/mile pace.

8 miles tonight on the hills round Basingstoke, held a near 8 min/mile pace for over a mile (OK it was down hill)

Really enjoying it at the moment.

Chest and arms. I made Mrs Kwacky do my triceps exercises because she keeps bragging she's got muscly arms. That'll learn her to brag.

Supposed to be an 11 mile trail run this morning but bailed after 5 1/2, really just not feeling it today.

The new watch says I need 31 hours to recover from the run, which is handy as my next run is tomorrow night. Hope I'm back on form again !
