How can you live are you live and have never eaten an Oatcake?

There are two types, Derbyshire (basically Gay) and Staffordshire (food of the Gods). Especially good when served with grilled cheese, bacon and plum tomatoes.

There's a shop in Buxton that serves them with a salad on the side, fecking Derbyshire weirdos!

Don't know it's not a sheffield thing for sure. I have definitely not had one with breakfast before.

However I'm a total convert on American pancakes with bacon egg and syrup.
