Worked today and got myself a hot dog from the bar. It was quite nice but bloody pricey for what it is at £4 (before discount!)

I had to Google 'Twiglet'.....my wife used to say I had a Twiglet.
I always thought it was a compliment.

Now it seems I just have a limp biscuit.

Just been to see my Nan and made her scrambled eggs and bacon on toast. I put a bit of creme fraiche and chives in just before they were set. Lovely and soft.

I had some Tom Yum flat noodle dish last night. Very tasty but not very filling.

I've had a week without bread. I've not lost any weight but I have felt better and less bloated.
