Riding back to back with a modern 1000cc sportsbike the old girl lacks some grunt. Not surprising giving away 60 bhp, as the modern litre sportsbikes have 50% more power than the 12 year old weapons but boy is that chassis still sweet.

You have to ride it smooth and flowing but she can carry some corner speed for a lardy old lump

Tried out the Axo gloves. Loads of protection, very well built but a little stiff. I've got some leather treatment. They should soften with that and use.
