Yes very comfortable - from the moment I came round in post op StM. Just not having the pain was worth the op on its own. (y)

There was some show on BBC Americana the other week about pole dancing in the UK....they had frickin' kids doing it!!

i know a few er, 'dancers' who do that stuff and man, they train for it....practice on their days off to build up the leg muscles, etc.
They can put me in a headlock anytime!! (emo) (h)

Really good gig last night. I went to see the headline act, Hannah Lou Clark, but both of the support acts were excellent, which is rare.

I am halfway through reviewing a full lever arch file of statements and legal arguments relating to a fatal bike crash. Not even got to the photographic evidence yet.

Weekend of light reading ahead by the seems of it. :^

Has to be done before I can even begin to start making recommendations or giving opinions.

Fwiw our broadband speeds were great when we had it put in, it was after the fibre lines were installed locally, but after a month or so BT's traffic policy dragged it down again. If we reboot our router after it being turned off for a min of 30s the speeds are right back up there, but it soon gets pulled down again - within a few days now.

I'm looking to change at the end of this contract and Virgin are at the top of my list of possibles, can you keep us posted on how it performs Kwacky? Cheers, DG

I've carried out 5 tests with 4 companies and the lowest was 78.6 and the highest 106.8. I got over 100 mbs on 3 tests and 96.5 on the 4th.

Upload speeds were around the 11 to 12 mbps mark.

I'll try it later on when it gets busy

Blow away by the Man City experience.

Been on a full tour of every facility they have, been in the press conference, met the players, photo shoot, on the touch line for warm up, high fived Joe Hart as he came on pitch and the hospitality would put many a 5 star hotel to shame. Totally blown away by the whole experience and awesome day out with my lad (rock)

So many photos and memory's but genuinely a mind blowing experience and really grateful for the opportunity.

That's badass!! Did the same thing both at St. James' Park and at Angel Stadium several years ago....walked on the pitch, the locker rooms etc.
What struck me was the attention to detail and pride the locker-room guys take in their work...they're meticulous.

Walked into work this morning with major break down...and we are 5.5 hours in still with a major break down!! Haha!! How did this happen you may ask...someone turned a main panel off on Friday evening (something that hasn't been turned off for years) they tried turning it back on (trying to cover up the mistake) but with no luck!! Haha

The general consensus with bt seems to be the internet is brilliant but the home hub is total garbage. A lot of people swap to an Asus router and say it's much more stable. I swapped to plusnet but they just provide the same shitty router as bt just painted white.

Just preparing for my meeting with Moto-Direct tomorrow at their head office in Derby. Moto-Direct are the Arai, AGV, Dianese, RST, Wulf (to name but a few) importers/distributors, and they also store some fabulous race biles there as well.

There is also what can only be described as a museum there as they have AGV and arai helmets going back to the days they first started.

Always enjoy my visit to them :)
