Yup it's good. I'll use it when I have the kids if needed but wouldn't any of the others. It's a natural hormone your body produces to make you sleepy (as in sure you've read already)

3 or 4 nights consecutively hadn't ever caused me problems, and that's taking 10mg the first few nights.
