I disagree. I found the current thruxton was great up to about 80, but then had nothing. Obviously on private roads and track... A bit more top end and more punch midrange would add even more fun.

It's more about torque and driveability rather than top end though. I'm looking forward to having a go (in fact I just had to turn several rides of the thruxton down. Bloody baby being born)

Well, they do say that opinions are like arseholes...

And obviously, most of the type of people pictured back there (ie, those who'll likely be buying them riding them) will ever get them anywhere near 80mph, never mind over. They care about the badge and the style, not the top speed.

It's difficult to pose if no one can see your Triumph badge. (lol)
