Terry Wogan

RIP :(

Really upsetting as he's been in our cars and homes for many years. Part of the establishment and a constant in entertainment.

Big shame and he never seemed old.....

I was similarly shocked when I looked at the news this morning, I can remember disliking him intensely as a teenager when my Mother insisted on having him on the radio in the mornings, however age and having to listen to a radio whilst driving changed my mind and I found his wit - especially with Eurovision a welcome taste of astringency compared to the dull saccharine of normal presenters.

Love him or loath him, he wasn't involved in any scandal and was deeply involved in many branches of charity work, sad to see him pass tbh. RIP Terry.

He came across as a decent bloke. An old school TV and Radio presenter.
