Doffing my hat in your general direction Ro, well done you. This is something I've been talking about doing for the last ten years and will do when my youngest go to school. Maximum respect xxx

https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/rohan-battison" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - so this happened today... within 3 hours I'm less than £80 from my £500 target, with the additional funds raised going directly to Shropshire and Staffordshire Blood Bikes (an estimated £300 to them at the moment... still rising!)

If anyone can spare even just £1 then this could result in money towards another bike for the charity... one day an SSBB rider may have the ride of your life... best that they have enough bikes to ride :)

Thank you to everyone who has already donated - I'm overwhelmed by the generosity of bikers!!!!

The page has closed due to so many donations and generosity I went 4 times over my goal!!! Any further donations can be made directly to SSBB on their website and you could put in a comment regarding support for the blood blade :)

The custom designed rack for the Givi panniers is being fabricated over the next few weeks and is going to be fitted in the New Year :)

Here she is :) she won't be everyones cup of tea but I bloody (mind the pun) love it. She needs a few extra bits added (wing mirrors etc) and the panniers to be painted, vinyl'd then a custom made rack fitted and she's good to go!!

Thanks again for supporting me :D

Only thing left now is to give her a name... as all blood bikes have names... but with so many inspirational people around, lost family members and friends... I have no idea where to start!!!

On a related aspect, the Tankslap Red hand decal may look great on that scheme
