Perkles only does track days at Mallory because he likes the café there. The old dinner ladies love him.

Too much beer the night before or did you have one of their breakfast sandwhiches?

That guy on the s thou is a douche. He looks over at you at the start of the video too. Why he pulls up and looks over his shoulder again on the racing line is beyond me. On another day that could have ended messily... In any group!

One of my best biking weekends going.

Rode from Brum to Cardiff on the Friday. A night out in Cardiff. On Saturday he couldn't work out why he stank of balti, despite him insisting at 2 in the morning we go for a curry.

On the track a little ginger kid asked me if I wanted to follow him so he could show me the lines around the track. Nice lad. Rides a Yamaha now with the number 38 on it.

We then did it all again on the Saturday night and got properly mashed. How we rode home on the sunday is beyond me.

That is superb riding fella. Jesus the S1KRR certainly has the legs on the straights but love how you spanked him on the corners. Love little clips like this eg highlights of your best bits, that must of be fun [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

There is no doubt in anyone's mind that the BMWs are track weapons!!

I'm going to have a YouTube clearout I think.. I may do a mashup to show my progress from first session of my first track session to my time at Donington. I'll see if it looks any good though otherwise it's 'just another video'

Just realised I missed this when reading through before...

That does sound like a pretty epic weekend to me! Did you learn anything off the ginger nut?

As for the puking in the helmet... (party) well done! Hahahaaa

Fair play to him he showed me round the track and the right lines for 3 or 4 laps. Then he disappeared like I was the one on a 125cc bike (cry)

Nice.. I got showed around by a superstock guy but his pace didn't seem greatly different to mine despite my terrible lines. Not sure if he was just going slow for me - most probably.

Didn't end up learning a great deal though.

It's embarressing how fast some of these racers are, one went past me like I was stood still and I lost sight of him in a few corners

I'm never going to be fast on a bike. I stopped worrying about it years ago.

The main thing for me is enjoyment and I guess it is the same for you.

For me I enjoy learning and progressing so I watch as many videos as I can to listen to what the bike of Josh Brookes is doing and I think about how i would do it for myself.

As long as you do enjoy it, who cares how fast you are! :)

It would appear from recent events, however fast you are ( and even if you are one of the top 4 fastest riders in the world) you still would worry there is someone who is a little bit quicker. :D
