Interesting programme but Kate Humble was useless on it. Ant Anstead was very good indeed.

I've been watching that SAS show. It's not the physical side they're looking for, it's the mental side. Your body can do a lot more than your brain wants it to.

My uncle trained some of the SBS. He said you can spot them as they're normally quiet unassuming people who have that air of confidence about them.

It's a great show. You wouldn't want to mess with the instructors!

Agreed, but you have to be able to have that type of brain thatb wants to push your body to the max! Love how at first they wanted an essay written. That wannabe stunt guy is amusing, he's quite big headed!

Airport departure board waiting for it to give a gate number.

Been away too long with work and training courses and need to see my family which is now hours away and I can't wait.

Best journey you can ever undetake imo is the one home to the people you love (lol) and my journey is nearly there (y)

I completely agree, I was in an airport yesterday doing exactly that after 4.5 days of training course in the Fatherland. Nothing like coming home after a spell away. (mm)

Started watching Paul last night got to 10PM and was drifting asleep. I have never watched the film all the way through...even when I went to the cinema to watch it few years back. Get up early is fine with me but ask me to stay up at night and it will.never happen. 10pm is prob the lastest I've stayed up for a long time on my own accord!!

Watched that game and was surprised at how well SA did in the first half, but have to say their fitness or lack of it and their inability to win line outs consistently cost them the game against probably the best team in the world right now.

Changing tack completely we watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show on DVD tonight, I'd forgotten how awesome some of the songs are in that film.

X factor, passive watching .....
Ffs I'm loosing the will to live. Is this really the future of our society, reduced to a horde of clapping seals honking their crowd judgment to benign narcissistic & vacuous hosts.

(sweat) Oh dear, I just got a mental image of Deegee dressed up like Tim Curry.

On a positive note, it's cleared my accumulating stresses from that X factor cr@p. Bit like a lobotomy to cur a headache though. (headbang)
