Sounds good. I guess they have to ig down pretty far to create enough are for the water to dissipate into. It's a large pdebble design ion the tarmac so wonder how grippy it is. Also I would imagine there's a large frost/ice damage potential.

I wonder how much it costs compared to current road surfaces?

Sounds expensive haha!! Can't see the video doesn't seem to work for me at the moment!
