Hi Duke, I was looking at that also after reading the thread on the Ducati website, I tried it on yesterday but don't need the quilted liner so looking at the 'sandstorm' version instead, it comes with a soft shell jacket liner I can just put my heated waistcoat on underneath instead...toastie !

Good piece of kit. I use mine for the gym most of the time but I've got the Kriega straps when I want to put it on the bike.

Didn't realise you could use it as a bag in all honesty thought it was just a tail bag! I wanted it for those days out riding as my Oxford one is more for a weekend away.

Yep, it's very useful. I can get a small towel, lifting straps and boxing gloves in the main bit, phone, money and other bits in the zip up part and water bottle in the outside netted pocket.

That's definitely enough room for what I need it for. I got talking to a guy at our I AM meet at the weekend and he was telling me he has too much Kiegra stuff! But he said it lasts for ages. I was brought to the attention of it really by Blade as I always notice he has one on his bike whenever there's a meet and thought it looks brilliant and a good size so he gave me lots of information about it too. Exciting week really as have got some goodies, this, hopefully the new parts for levers and also new rubber tomorrow. Looking at a go pro as well as really fancy watching back some ride outs haha

Rossgo, highly worth looking at a SJ4000. It's a go pro knock off, at about 90% the quality but 30% the price of a go pro. All fully interchangeable with go pro accessories. The clips from NZ trip and my track day we're all done on one. Blade put me onto it, glad he did. Totally up to standard for what I wanted.

That is very impressive quality Kiwi. I have considered this option too as the price is very good for what I need/ want it for. May I ask was that fitted using a suction mount?

Nah, being the track bike I've got an adhesive mount permanently in place. That said I re-positioned it after the first day and moved it forward as I couldn't tuck my head under the screen properly. I just bought some extra adhesive on eBay.

Was going to say very smooth non shakey footage so the adhesive mount definitely works! Think if I was to grab one I'd use the suction mount to save the paintwork a bit! Really can't decide whether too or not. It would be a good toy to play about with. How long does it take to edit videos, is it easy...I don't mean anything fancy just delete this add that then bang you have a video!

I removed the adhesive and there was no damage to the paint. Used a heat gun to soften it then just rolled the residue off and final clean up with ISO-alcohol.

I'm lazy, I've done no editing. Frankie seems to do a bit, be the man to ask. I had a play with iMovie but got impatient with processing times.

If you want to use a suction mount, I'd buy a genuine GoPro mount as I don't have any faith in the one that came with the SJ4000.

Blade what do you use??
