That's what I had heard too Mick and makes much more sense. You only have to look at Millers results to see what a quantum jump Moto3 to motogp is.

It is a big jump to moto GP but I think it's a risk he should take

If he went to Moto2 and was average, the chance of stepping up to MotoGP would be so much harder. If he went straight to MotoGP, then he's there without any possible slippery stepping stones. I'm waffling. He should go to MototGP, but I'm not sure he would do well tbh. I thought Redding would do a lot better than he has this year. Maybe on a par with Bradley, but nowhere near as good as Bradders unfortunately.

Bradders is on fire at the moment and having an amazing season. I really hope he hasn't peaked yet which it looks like Cal might have 2 years ago when he was on the same tech3 bike.

bradleys doing well but has a much better bike and package than redding
