Just enjoyed a days boating on the Norfolk broads and now chilling with a cold beer waiting for my 22oz porter house steak to arrive :P

Good company, good beer and good food. Live is good 8)

Last morning at the Manor so made sure I had a good breakfast.

Some freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee to drink.

First course was fresh fruit salad with mixed berry compote.

Second course was a turkey, chorizo, fresh chilli and mushroom omelette with some smoked salmon.

And to finish had a couple of waffles with maple syrup.

Now that was very very nice :P

Pasta, green pesto, veg, diced chicken with sausage. I don't tend to cook but yesterday I cooked a roast and this today. My partner is the better cook I'm usually the guy who washes up...today I did both!@

The difference between the bloke who was talking up the Korma -vs- the one who was championing the Vindaloo was fairly extreme IMO.
I guess that it illustrates that a gifted cook will not necessarily be gifted in other aspects.
