The Glorious British Summer

That's one of the few things I like about living in Norfolk, the weather.
As Blade said, there was a bit of a down pour the other day but I'm sat in shorts and t shirt right now.
The ice-cream man has been round almost every night during the summer holidays.

I'm honestly not joking here Itchy. The ice cream man comes in Manchester even when its pi$$ING it down and 5 degrees outside which is probably because that's a mancunian summers days come to think of it

Barely had a day off work at home this year and when i get one its

It's not just the rain it's the temperature. Driving over to the Yamaha dealers this morning the car temp never displayed more than 13 degC and that's in the city will be 10 degC or lower in rural areas. Feels like October.

You can actually predict the same weather for the following day as it is today and be statistically more accurate than the met office

As a rule I've found the met office fairly accurate. I read recently somewhere that they're the only ones that have the means to collect all the data and so most forecasts are extrapolated from the data they've supplied.

Strangely Mrs Gee has just said exactly that, I'm sat in shorts and a polo shirt, she's in jeans and a hooded sweatshirt and she's still cold, I'm toasty warm - mind you I've just eaten a nice hot curry..... Perhaps I should offer to warm her up.
