Labour tearing itself apart?

Post by duke63 »

Bloke does talk a lot of sense. You have to listen to what people want out of life and not try and force your views on them. The country needs strong opposition and not a party arguing amongst themselves.

Seems sometimes politicians are so blind to anyone's views but their own.

Labour have backtracked on a lot of their pre-election pledges. The LibDems are gaining numbers. People will be sick of the Tories by the time their term ends. The next 5 years will be very interesting.

Is not on that they have given themselves a 10% pay rise and in the same week given public sector works a 4 year pay freeze. How out of touch with normal people is that.

There is, we can all badger our local MP and make them work for the money they're getting.

In fairness my local MP is very good and very hard working but I do think a 10% wage rise in today's current financial climate, especially when only last week doctors, nurses, teachers, policeman, soliders and fireman to name just a few civil servants / public sector workers are given a 4 year wage freeze, is very un-timely and extremely hard to justify.

It seems Blair doesn't want Corbyn as Corbyn is happy for our Tony to be prosecuted over the Iraq war.

Electing Corbyn will tear the Labour Party to pieces i suspect.

If he is Leader i think its fair to say he would not represent many of the views of the majority of his MPs.

Fwiw this "sense" you hear.: When politicians say something that sounds right, then that usually means they have you where they want you.

JC may have some crackpot views, but I guess that at least he's upfront about what he would like to do. :S
