Mussels cooked in meantime beer with pancetta, followed by 14 oz prime bone in ribeye with hand cut chips and a couple of dark and Stormy's. Sat at the open kitchen bar chatting with the chef and watching him work his magic. Look at the meat store in the photo (y)

Thanks Rossgo. I'm not a big drinker tbh. And would prefer to spend money on a nice meal out than a night boozing I can't remember the morning after.

Tried to make flap jacks with a hint of chocolate...ended up making brownies with too much chocolate! I'm lucky my mum can bake, think I'll have to ask her to bake some bits for me and my partner at some point!
