Wagu Burger on a lettuce wrap sans bun.

Kwacky, drop carbs and sugar, embrace fat and protein. I’ve been doing it 3 yrs now and lost 15 kg, totally cured my reflux and my joint inflammation is practically zero.

Jess lost 30 kg doing the same and we both are maintaining easily.

Well, our roast Pork & trimmings was indeed delicious, but ( & don't tell Mrs StM right now!) I do prefer a nice bit of lamb mate.

I had to look up what a hob is....haven't heard that term in a very long time.

Corned beef sandwich and eggs, bacon, etc.... the usual fare.
