I had a fantastic weekend and we celebrated my Son's 2nd birthday doing everything he wanted.. Cotswold Wildlife Park, Bowling, Painting, Swimming, Softplay..... and bubbles

I have no clue, Cookie. All I know is, I do my best to savour every moment with him.

He ran up to me on his birthday, wrapped his arms tight around my neck, cuddled with all his might, made an "awww" sound and then kissed me. It made me cry because it felt so special and was so unexpected. Those special moments are the core memories as a parent I feel.

awesome pic!

Tip for bubbles, mix some sugar syrup (or dissolved sugar) in with the water and liquid detergent. Makes them way stronger and you can bounce them off your hand. My kids used to love it.

I went and bought a new lock for my mountain bike.....I think it weighs more than the bike itself.

It's solid though...you'd need a sledgehammer to crack the thing.
(so I guess I'd better not lose the key to this one....)

A nice relaxing day. Gym in the morning. Came home and did my ironing whilst watching old episodes of Black Mirror. Went and spent some time with my old man. Back home and fed the spiders and the fish. Takeaway for dinner, now I'm blending in to the sofa
