I'm trying to eat clean for a few weeks. I snack too much and I know it's not good for me.

tomahawk steak done in an air fryer, I didnt realise how good air fryers cook meat it was so juicy :)

Not such a healthy day yesterday.

Ham sandwich and a home made Bakewell slice at stop 1.

Ice cream at stop 2.

Tea and a slice of chocolate cake at stop 3.

A ham sandwich for tea.

yes got used to it now and felt very good on it, hardest thing is when you travel or have to eat out
