What did you do to your bike today ??

Took April out for our first ride together. Noticed an amber light on then I'd knocked into lap timings and couldn't work out how to get back to the main screen so turned back after about 10 miles. Got home and googled it and I'd knocked the ATC button by mistake when using the clutch and had knocked the menu toggle as well. Parked her up in the garage and knocked the back wheel out ready for a new tyre. Just tried to order a tyre at the local garage and the website isn't letting me opt for it but I can go to Halesowen or Gloucester instead. Not an option

I have not. A couple of years back when we were planning a group ride for a few days, I'd sorted out the hire of one for the trip but sadly it never went ahead.

On paper and emotionally, it's the dream bike for me (although I'm not completely sold on the looks)

I have finally got around to putting an advert together to sell the gixer.... sad, but it has to happen, its just not getting the use it should be. plus I really dont have enough space lol....

Just sold my gixxer. Sold it on eBay. £19.99 as a classified advert. Had lots of interest and silly offers as well.

Saturday I took the street RS for its 600 service, got a 1200 speed twin as a loaner, fun little machine, sounded great, really grunty. Not my kind of bike, but fun all the same.

Had a new tyre on the beemer, so took that out for a right good blast.... almost fell off on the motorway junction, a bit to aggressive on the roundabout (forgot new tyre!) lol.

Then got my 765 back, so took that for a good spin, stuck it in track mode lmao..... now I can give it a little more beans, its a different animal.

So the day was full on motorbike riding, by the end of the day, i felt like I had been on track at Almeria all day.... i was knackered.
Also fitted the tail tidy and removed the rear pegs, nice clean lines. Also gave it a mega clean, and detailing.... not sure I want to take the bike out again now and get it dirty... ha ha ha.

Also took the YZ back out to the mancave, been in the front room for a bit to long, every time I walked past it, I polished it, where it looked a bit dull... too shiny now for an mx bike....

I had about 120 miles around North Yorkshire with Gaz and found a nice little cafe for a snack before we headed home to beat the rain.

We also found a camera van hidden behind a bush, he saw us way before we saw him, sneaky...

Gave myself and the motocross bike a bloody good work out. Feeling knackered, but much better than I expected, considering the lengthy gap of being out on it. Enjoyed it all the same.
That thought may change tomorrow morning though lol
