A bit late posting this, But went out for the 1st Bulldog run of the year on Sunday, found a new place for breakfast /cake / etc... down in Wiltshire. Some nice roads visited. Still bloody cold mind and wet roads, but it was good to get out, been a while.

Also after sitting on my arse for weeks and not doing much exercise, riding a bike really did take it out of my the next day, my legs were killing me! I think given the conditions I was gripping on too tight with arms and legs lol..... I need to get bike fit again.

Need to get back in the swing and use the bike more.... The plan for 2023 :)

Very much agreed. My wife's new job means she works weekends, so I'll be able to get out more this year.

I took the sx out for an hour. The roads are as you would expect but it's not too cold out.

I got my neighbour, Phil out on his bike and we met up with Sergio and Gaz at Squires for coffee, then went the back way to Seaways for more coffee and a chat before heading back down the A64 and home again, about 100 miles for me and Phil and I really needed that after 2 months off the bike.

Did you come a past ours Kwacky? I jacked the Scrambler up on the Abba stand in readiness to take the front wheel out for a new tyre. Then I realised I hadn't got a 28mm socket :? A44 tyres do bike tyres @cookie if you didn't already know.

Just missed us then. I live about 5 miles towards Worcester from Bromyard. Bromyard - Leominster = lots of pot holes (n)

Cheers. I’ve had a couple of cars sorted there now so asked them about bikes. Only loose wheels but very handy 👍🏻

Lead the Triumph RAT ride out. Plan was Wantage for a warm up and a snack then onto the AV8 Cafe. Turns out its closed on a Sunday!! So thought about Stow, way too cold for that long in the saddle. Ended up at Burford, then a different route back.
Nice little trip out, then before I vegged out.... I made the effort to clean the minging machine.
Roll on warmer weather, don't enjoy being cold.

Took it out for the first little potter of the year. it's still very slippery, had the backend out a couple of times.

Popped into the local triumph dealer, looks like I've got a couple of outstanding recalls. Parts on order, will take it over when they're in.

I don't miss riding to work when the roads are filthy and greasy and the sun is in your eyeline.
